Working with us
These Terms & Conditions govern use of our website and the basis on which we provide electrical services. Specific project details will be confirmed in writing for each job.
Agreement
By using this website or instructing us to carry out work, you agree to these terms. Where a written quotation, order confirmation, or contract is issued, that document forms part of the agreement between you and NG Electrical Experts.
Website Use
Website content is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute a formal offer. Images and case examples are illustrative. Service availability, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing for each project.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use content for unlawful purposes.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the information you provide and any survey or site assessment completed at the time. Quotes are typically valid for a stated period unless otherwise agreed.
- Additional works discovered on site may require an updated quotation
- Variations should be agreed before proceeding where practical
- Emergency call-outs may be priced differently from planned works
Works & Access
You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property and relevant areas of work at the agreed time. Delays caused by restricted access, incomplete preparation, or third-party dependencies may affect programme and cost.
We carry out works in line with relevant safety standards and good industry practice. Temporary isolation or disruption to power may be required to complete work safely.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be stated on your quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due as specified on the invoice. We reserve the right to request deposits for larger projects or materials orders.
Late payment may result in delayed continuation of works or recovery action where appropriate.
Warranty & Liability
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any workmanship warranty period will be confirmed for the relevant works. Manufacturer warranties on supplied products sit with the product maker and remain subject to their terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except as required by law.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Depending on notice given and costs already incurred (such as materials ordered), cancellation charges may apply. Course bookings are subject to the course booking information provided at registration.
